The software does not require special installation. You just need to unzip the ZIP archive to the folder you need and run the executable file: ViSx64.exe (Windows) or ViSx64 (Linux).
If you need to use USB for control or to change the IP address(for example) of the motion controller, you may need to install USB drivers:
ViS motion controller default IP address: 192.168.1.237
The host computer and the motion controller must be on the same subnet.
For default IP address: 192.168.1.0/24 (192.168.1.*) with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 .
